Exchange Policy

Kidsexpress.lk will be exchange products that are returned within 3 working days (72 hours) of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original condition, unused (sellable condition) and in original packaging with the proof of purchase.(Beyond 3 working days of purchased will not be consider for exchangeable/refund)

Kidsexpress.lk management reserved all the right to decide on adding or changing all the policies under the local law at anytime without prior notice

Refund Policy

Once order confirms via email within 24 Hrs eligible for cancelled and items were delivered to respect location CANNOT be able to cancel the Order (even Less than 24 Hrs).

Item which exceed 3 working days (72 hours) of purchased cannot refund and if in case the products were not satisfied or defected need to send sales location No 108/47, Watarappola Rd, Mt.Lavania.

And a delivery charge applies same for pick up.

Refund process will be execute the date of received to our sales Location and after inspections will be refund 90% of value once deducting the operational cost and debit to customers a/c within 5-7 working days.

Unable to Return or Refund or Exchange Products

Delivery Policy

Kidsexpress.lk do delivery combines with local courier agents and timing and Working days may vary.

All online deliveries subject to location wise days Colombo & Suburbs will delivery within 24 Hrs and Outside Location may get 2-4 Working days.

From Monday – Friday 9.00am-6.00 pm Delivery will accept and once order placed after 3.00 pm will deliver on following day (if it is Sunday or Any mercantile/Public Holidays delivery may delay additional one day)

Saturday 9.00am – 2.00 pm placed orders will get by Monday at your address.

*** Delivery Charges will apply according to Location-wise terrif.

Customers are advised here by to make sure their availability on their given location during the courier visit and also please be informed to pick and attend your phone calls on goods delivery to avoid delays and circumstances from the courier service agent.
