Locations
We deliver to any location within
Sri Lanka.
Orders
& Delivery Time
Orders placed up to 3.p.m are
processed within next working day.
All online deliveries
subject to location wise days Colombo & Suburbs will delivery within 24 Hrs
and Outside Location may get 2-4 Working days.
From Monday – Friday 9.00am-6.00 pm Delivery
will accept and once order placed after 3.00 pm will deliver on following day
(if it is Sunday or Any mercantile/Public Holidays delivery may delay
additional one day)
Saturday 9.00am – 2.00 pm
placed orders will get by Monday at your address.
We are committed to delivering
orders in the shortest possible period. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4
days depending on the delivery location. The shipment may take longer due to
documentation procedures for statutory compliance.
In order to change the details of
your order, you are advised to notify us before the order is dispatched which
is typically on the same day. You may call our online care for any
clarification.
Local
Delivery Charges
We offer free shipping to all
locations in Colombo & suburbs for orders that are of Rs. 3000 and above. Orders below this amount are
charged at Rs. 1,000/- for Shipping and handling charges.
Your invoice includes all applicable
local taxes. The amount you are given at checkout is the final payment due.
We will always attempt to group your
items into a single shipment. At times, when your order contains multiple
items, it may be necessary to send them in separate shipments to ensure that
you receive them in a timely manner.
In-store
Pickups
All products you order with us will
be delivered to your doorstep. We do not offer pickup from our stores location
which not permitted to visitors.
Non-availability
on Delivery
In case you are unavailable to
receive the products at the time of delivery, our courier partners will contact
you for further action. Customers are advised here
by to make sure their availability on their given location during the courier
visit and also please be informed to pick and attend your phone calls on goods
delivery to avoid delays and circumstances from the courier service agent
In the event a non-delivery occurs
on account of a mistake by you (i.e. incorrect name, address or any other
incorrect information) any extra cost incurred by KIDS EXPRESS Online Store in
perfecting such deliveries shall be claimed from you.
Non-Stock
Items
At a rare event, if some ordered
items are unavailable, immediately we’ll contact you notifying some.
Tracking your Order
You’ll
receive an order confirmation with the details of your orders to the given email.
